Refer a Friend: Referrer Rewards

• The referrer is offered either £10 off subject to a £50 minimum spend or 20% off full-priced products for each friend who orders for the first time.
• Which offer they receive from above is totally random.
• This offer can be shared for 3 months from the date of acceptance by the referrer.
• In order for the referral to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Neal's Yard Remedies and over the age of 18 and the referred friend must meet the conditions of their reward.
• There is no requirement for the referrer to be an existing Neal's Yard Remedies customer.
• In order to share this offer the referrer must be over the age of 18.
• Rewards will be cumulative and so if multiple qualifying referrals are made to Neal's Yard Remedies, multiple rewards will be delivered to the referrer, subject to a limit. A Referrer may not earn more than 5 within any 24 hour period or 25 within last 12 months or 1500 GBP of reward value within last 12 months. A Referrer should not expect their referred friends to be given rewards automatically if they are referring more frequently than 10 friends within any 24 hour period.
• Rewards will be delivered to the referrer on the day of the referred friend's purchase provided the referred friend's purchase is not cancelled.
• The Referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has purchased and when the reward has been earned.

Referred Friend Rewards

• The Referred friend is offered either £10 off subject to a £50 minimum spend or 20% off full-priced products for each friend who orders for the first time.
• Which offer they receive above is totally random.
• The reward is valid for 14 days from the point of issue to the referred friend.
• In order to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Neal's Yard Remedies and over the age of 18.
• Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
• The Referred friend reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral
• Referred friend rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
• There are limits in place on how many and how frequently referrals can be made by any single referrer. Rewards may not be given if those limits are exceeded.

Email Rewards

1. Promoter’s Details: Neal’s Yard Remedies is a trading name of Neal’s Yard (Natural Remedies) Limited, 15 Neal’s Yard, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9DP. Registered in England and Wales, company number 01597194. (the “Promoter”)

2. Eligibility: This prize draw is open to anyone resident in the UK who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter, or its consultants, therapists, franchisees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this prize draw. Delivery address for winners must be on UK mainland.

3. Dates: The prize draw commences on 09 February 2024 and closes on 01 April 2024. All entries must be received by 23.59 GMT on 01 April 2024.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility whatsoever for entries that are not received by the deadline. Entries which are not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will be invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants at any time from participating in the prize draw for any breach of these terms and conditions which may result in the forfeiture of any prize won.

4. How to Participate:

No purchase necessary. Internet access required to participate. On our website you will have access to a pop-up form, allowing you to enter your details to be entered into the draw.

Only 1 entry allowed per person. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

5. Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for entries not received, delayed, defective, lost, stolen, corrupt or incomplete which are, without limitation, due to any network, computer or software failures of any kind, virus, errors, omissions, deletions, delays in operation or transmission, communications line failures, destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of, entries submitted online.

6. Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.nealsyardremedies.com/pages/privacy-policy.

The winner may be required to participate in post-prize draw publicity.

7. Prize(s): The prize is a Spring Skincare Bundle from Neal’s Yard Remedies. The prize or any part of the prize is non-transferable, and no alternative will be offered. The prize excludes any additional costs and expenses. There is no cash alternative. Product exclusions may apply.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the prize without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. In the event that the prize or any part thereof becomes unavailable, the Promoter may replace the prize of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative.

9. If a prize is to be provided to the winner by a Sponsor, the Sponsor (and not the Promoter) is responsible for providing the prize to the winner.

10. Selection of the winner: The winner will be chosen at random from all complete, eligible, properly submitted entries received before the end date of the promotion.

11. Notification: The winner will be notified by email by the Promoter by 05 April 2024 with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received. The original prize-winner will forfeit the prize.

12. Winner(s) details: Details of the winner, name and country of residence, will be obtainable after 05 April 2024 by writing to the Promoter’s marketing department at the address mentioned above.

13. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the prize draw in exceptional circumstances. The Promoter’s decision is final and in the event of a dispute, no correspondence will be entered into.

14. By taking part in this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants at any time from participating in the prize draw for any breach of these terms and conditions and may result in the forfeiture of any prize won.

15. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for prizes provided by any Sponsor or other third parties.

16. Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or fraud, all other liability, unless such cannot be lawfully limited or excluded, shall be limited to £120 GBP. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
