  1. Apply Defend & Protect Hand Cream regularly, paying special attention to your nails and the backs of your hands. Ideal for keeping hands in top condition.
  2. Tip Natural Defence Hand Rub carefully into dry hands and rub all over the fingers, palms and backs of hands.

Bottle: Wash out and recycle.

Tube and cap: Can be recycled with plastics, but not all local authorities accept them yet so please check your local recycling guidelines. If not accepted, please bring to a participating Neal's Yard Remedies store, and we'll recycle via our TerraCycle scheme.

Jar [if applicable]: Wash out and recycle.

Top tip: Re-apply the cap to guarantee the best chance of being recycled.

Glass bottle with snap on pump [if applicable]: can't be recycled, as the components are difficult to separate. Please bring to participating Neal's Yard Remedies stores, and we'll recycle them for you via our TerraCycle scheme.
